Summary

This is a self inflicted wound, during COVID instead of keeping key well trained staff, the airlines did layoffs and then expected everyone to sit around and wait for a call back and majority moved on to other jobs. So the combination of short staff, weather delays or cancelations, summer travel and high ticket prices the airlines are a mess.
