The CDC and the White House say you can take off the masks in public places. Retailers have followed — Target, Walmart and many others have announced you don’t need masks to shop in their stores — unless you are in New Jersey. Governor Phil Murphy is sticking with the mask mandate — he says at least for a little while. All of our neighboring states are following the CDC’s recommendations — and removing mask rules.
