Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
So think about the people in your company for a moment, right. Now every company needs a healthy mix of architects, ambassadors, executors and managers, okay. So by architect what I mean by architect is when I was building buildings and I had my construction company, first thing you do is you hire an architect, who draws up what the design of the building is, they design the system, they design the buildings tell you, you know, tell you how to build it, right. Same thing if you say “oh we’ve got to, we have–we need a new customer service process, we need to figure out what a pricing model is, we need to–what’s our process map for or what’s the process we’re gonna use for finance or a calendar for finance or calendar for sales or marketing calendar or event calendar”, so that’s an architect. An architect is somebody who can design the system, Bill likes to say, I build the bus, I just don’t wanna drive it down the road, right. So the architect is the one who designs the system and then they turn it over to the executors and the managers.
