Fourth thing you buy is you buy geography. You expand your reach okay, I got this service area, I’m gonna buy this service area right next to me, now I’ve doubled my reach. So when you buy a business you automatically get the geography that goes with it. So if you were thinking “oh wait a minute I’d like to open an office in that town, I’d like to be in that county,I’d like to be in that state buy a company there, they’re already established”. They’ve done a lot of the initial go to market strategy work heavy lifting that you have done. And then the last one, this seems like the most obvious of them all but there are a couple of key strategies in here you wanna know about. You buy a competitor, I know, I know you waited eighteen minutes for that you mean I buy a competitor Carl, ah well that was brilliant so by eliminating a competitor yes you definitely give yourself more of a chance of winning the business in that area.
