Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
Systems- I classified them as yes systems and no systems. A yes systems is a core operation, it’s what your clients think they’re paying you for, so if you go to–so Lesly went and got a haircut, Lesly looks very nice at the salon their core operations is haircuts, coloring whatever other services they do, that’s the thing you think you’re going in to pay them for, you don’t think you’re paying them for their online booking system or their point of sale service, that’s a no system, that’s a support system. A yes system is yes we have an order to fulfill today what other things we got to do in order to do that and then no is a non core operation, not just a support operation, marketing, sales, you know logistics, your email system, HR, banking, finance all the support ARAP.
