First thing we want them to do is we want them to have a bold promise. These are unprecedented times so this calls for unprecedented messaging to your clientele, so it’s not just enough to say were open. Well you know what the whole world is coming back open, how you’re gonna come back open? So for example we suggest that you have a risk reversal, so get people to try you out without having to take a full commitment or risk before they have to make the full commitment. The other thing we like to do is to ask them to address the industry concerns. So take the top five complaints about your industry and make a list of those and see how you can mitigate those or somehow cover those in your offering when you’re messaging back out to your customers that would be the first place to start.
