So a cross-sell is, I’m widening the scope of the engagement. I’m adding other things that I’m doing for you. An up-sell, is it kind of think of it as an upgrade. All right. So you’re on the bronze package. How about you go to silver? Yeah. All right, you’re on the you know, six hours a week monitoring. Why don’t we go to 24/7? You have the you know 500 gig of backup, how about we go to a terabyte right? Because maybe I’m going to be using it more. Here’s a perfect example, you’re working from home, right? Your home internet is not as slow. You never thought speed was a big issue because as you know, I just I watch Netflix and I do email but I’m not doing the work kind of stuff but you know what? My Wi-Fi package has a faster broadband if I want it. I’m going to upgrade I still have broadband. Upgrading to the next one. All right. So now you’re upgrading to the next level of the product or service or you know what I use this widget a lot more I use these I using these glasses a lot more than I used to do there. These are just the light duty ones. Let me get the heavy duty version.
