In the season of business were in, in this cycle of business that were in this twenty-five years cycle the prior cycle 1985-2005 ,the primary buying habit was trading your money for convenience. I’ll pay more if you save me time, okay. We are in an age today where you do not need to make it easier for your customers and you do not need to save them time, they can do that all on their own. Everybody’s got a phone alright? They can condense time on their own, what they want is, they want more control alright, the two primary buying you know the psychology of buying is bold promise and perception of control and so you process map the whole thing out and then you include the client or give them access to your process. So I bought a jeep two years ago. I went to a couple of dealers, hated the process. I went online jeep.com. I built it and I was so upset at the process and I didn’t even negotiate the price I paid more, worked harder to get my jeep.
