If you’re a back of the house business leader, you started out in business you were friends selling to friends. You’re a really good operator, really good technician, did a job for a friend they liked it, they introduce you to your friend, did a job for them, they became a friend, and in the beginning your word of mouth referrals is what built your business. However, you started to realize that you know the friends network can’t continue to feed me the leads necessary to grow the business. Right? And so, you start to say “I’m friends selling to friends, I need to become strangers selling to strangers.” Meaning, I either have to bring in a partner or hire somebody that I don’t know who is gonna go out and find prospects and sales that I’ve never met before. But it implies that you have to have some systems in there. So if you’re a back of the house business leader, wired more for efficiency um and um started out as a uh, you know, friends selling to friends, what qualifies you to manage, monitor, and vet a front of the house business leader? Nothing, right?
