Think of a time in the past where you really came through for your clients in a clutch. They were like hey Gibbons listen. I know you have a moving service and you don’t normally do this on the weekends or Sundays or whatever, but I’m I have a huge emergency.
What can you do to help? And you say you know what, I’m going to get done with a job at five o’clock, I’m going to rustle up some guys and some trucks and we’re going to get over there.
You’re never going to know we were there, we’re going to get there at 6. We’ll be gone by 8 o’clock in the morning poof. There you go. Here’s what you’re going to do. If you’re a service provider, you’re going to provide off-peak options. Yep, you want this service- costs a hundred bucks. If I come into your office between 9 to 5. It’s $150, but I’ll come 5 to 9 you’ll never know I was there. Yeah, and you’re going to put in office policies, anyway where I’m not allowed in between 9 to 5 anyway. Yeah. So think about a time when you really came through in the clutch for your client. What extra did you do for that? Oh, well, you know what I gave them rush delivery. Ah, here we go, rush delivery. I let them jump skip the line right? I let him pay a little bit more to get the express service. Great. I fast-track them cool. I came off peak hours. Here’s the next one.
