I understand you know we have a mandate over a 100 employees but you are putting the employer in an impossible situation, right? Because there are religious, there are philosophical, there are also legitimate medical reasons why not to take the vaccine, okay. So, there are some legitimate cases but regardless whether it’s legitimate or not, grey areas or not here’s the reality. The reality is you ask the employer you are going to be faced with a key employer, a top performer and contributor who’s gonna come to you and say “I’m against being vaccinated” and you’re gonna have to send that person home or they lose their job. And so, as the employer it’s already hard enough to get good employees, retain your employees and now you’re going to mandate the vaccine for people and it’s going to happen–we’ve seen it happened many times where an employer is gonna be put in this position where your gonna say “really I now enforce to lose some of my top performers, it was already hard enough to work my business and satisfy my clients, now you just made it more expensive and harder”.
