Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
We need to turn the traditional customer client relationship on it’s head a little bit. Pre-COVID you had a certain agreement, a certain culture, a certain engagement type with your clientele. Well post COVID that might not be fully sufficient it might just not be, that’s where you’re going to have to deal right now and in most cases post-COVID is not gonna be the same as pre-COVID and you’re gonna have to upgrade, re-purpose, re-message. You know, think about 9/11 right, the way you traveled before 9/11 and after 9/11, totally different and there’s no going back to pre 9/11, that day has gone and that ship has sailed, that’s not happening anymore. It’s the same thing with doing business in the post-COVID world, there’s no going back, sanitization, distancing, right, the hand shake as a cultural greeting we might not see that for a couple of years if not longer.
