You take the top 5 industry complaints, you know how I said you have to find ways to add bonuses to make your pricing seem valuable. So you take the industry complaints, top 5, and then you put in the value-added services meaning, what are the things that you’re asked to do by your clients and you do them, even though you really not supposed to, it’s not in the contract but you do them, for your clients because they’re good clients, and you do all those free services you wish you got paid for? You make a list of those, and then your brand offering is your current offering. You know, when you double your price that’s your silver, your gold is double again, you justify both prices. You know with the bonuses and then you adjust the pricing down to where, it’s market acceptable. Okay, and then you take your best guarantee and you put it on gold. You put it on gold.
