Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
We’ve talked about this many times you’ve heard my keynotes over the years. I’m a big fan of- in your pricing strategy- have a menu. Don’t think like, whatever business you’re in right now, think like a restaurant. Restaurants are brilliant, they have something for every appetite, they have something for every budget. You have an opt strategy, when the market is going up people wanna turn a premium offering that’s turn key. The more you could do for me make it a concierge service and a premium offering. If the market is going sideways, “folks the market is going sideways right now”. Pre-COVID the market was on the way up, people will trade their money for convenience. Market then went down you know COVID started, now as we are re-entering the marketplace, the markets going sideways. When the markets going sideways, buyers are paralyzed, they don’t like to make decisions so therefore what you need to do is you need to have a risk free or free offering and by doing that, that allows them to experience the results of your product or service before they have to make a full commitment.
