We call it the obnoxious offer. I don’t say that to the client, you just keep that internal. But it’s called the obnoxious offer because I was hired by somebody in my early days of my business for one of my premium offering and the guy lectured me about how obnoxious my pricing was and then hired me. I couldn’t believe it and I was like, how did that happen. But anyway they hired me. And so the obnoxious offer was born.
The bold or obnoxious offer – take whatever you normally charge right now. Write down that number, I charge 3% for my services average gig is $5000, the average whatever is a, you know 20 dollars an hour whatever the number is.
Okay, take that number, cross it out, double the number. Take that second number, cross that out, double the number again. That my friend is your premium offering. Okay now, we’re not gonna stay at that number it’s gonna come down.
But you have the third number, your job is to say to yourself, what would I have to give my clients, that would make that number seem like good value, not cheap but good value.
