Then the third one is the down-sell. Right now, the down-sell protects the relationship, it maintains continuity. So you have somebody who’s coming to you and says, you know Carl ‘I think you’re great and I understand you gave me a good deal a year ago. And you told me if I ever break the contiguous relationship. If I ever come back to you it goes back up to retail or all of these accelerators kick in.’ So you go back to your clientele, and you say so for those of you that were thinking of taking some time off instead of you paying me $50 a month. I’ve created a $9.99 version you can you can downgrade to that and I’ll allow you to maintain your contiguous relationship and you know, you maintain your your preferred discount. United Airlines just did that. United Airlines, I’m Elite Premium I don’t know what the heck guy I forget what it’s called. But I’m one of the top guys they just extended it. They down sold us for the in for an extra year. They didn’t upgrade me. They didn’t cross sell they down sold it to keep me in it for an extra year. So I will stay loyal to them.
