Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
So, our 4 Quadrants are, direction, income, systems, and controls okay. Direction, just think big picture planning, but also getting the job done, getting the results. This is the results and drive of the business. Income not the accounting term, income is all the things that come into the business, in the form of leads and sales. And when we talk marketing today, we’re talking lead generations specifically for our conversation. Okay, the S quadrant is your systems operation, so think your core non-core operations and your team. And then the C quadrant, think it’s a predominantly finance but think all things, technology, intellectual property, governance risk, risk management, that sort of thing. So we have our result drive, relationship drive, and the way this dashboard goes. Alright so yeah, your growth drive, sales and marketing, systems, and personnel, checks and balances.
