Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.
Look at all of the people in your business and say, “Who’s on board? Who’s not on board? Who’s volunteering and trying to help out? Who’s really not on the plan?” Let’s clear the brush and when you do that, you’re going to lay some people off, alright. Now, we are big fans of staffing to the valleys, you know, permanent staffing but subcontract to the peaks. Staff to the valleys with permanent employees and then subcontract, use outside contractors, freelancers, 1099ers, wherever possible and whenever legal to the peak times. Remember, you’re learning right now. You’re learning the lesson. Your ability to contract is equally as important, so you can maintain your cash and profitability as your ability to scale to meet demand, right? You’re seeing it right now. You’re living it, right? So rather than make that same mistake to over staff and bring on permanent employees, let’s see what we could do to bring on some subcontractors.
Like and follow this podcast so you can learn more. My name is Carl Gould and this has been your #70secondCEO.
