If you can solve one of those five complaints, that’s your bronze up cell. If you can solve up to three of those complaints that’s your silver up cell and if you can do all five plus the value added services that’s your gold up cell. Add 10% on to your bronze up cell like 15% on to your silver up cell make sure you’re at least 20% or above on your gold up cell. There’s a lot more to this, there’s, we have a whole methodology called the obnoxious offer, I’m actually it’s my–it’s my next book it will be out in the fall that I’m writing right now but there’s a whole methodology, the way it started was, I used to offer this guarantee option and somebody called me into their office just to scream at me for 20 minutes, lectured me about how obnoxious my pricing was and then they hired me and I remember walking out of there saying “what just happened?” I must be on to the something and so ever since then I’ve always had the obnoxious offer and we developed them for everyone of our clients.
