Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.
You know, you got to be thinking how do you continuously enrich the relationship but the second part to this is I’d encourage the listeners to put your ego aside a little bit too. You know because you’re thinking your highfalutin, I went to college for this and I’ve got an MBA that and you want me to go, the next time I walk into my client and offer to help them move the furniture from one room to the other. To get a few more hours in that’s exactly what I’m saying. You know if they have something on their to-do list, be humble, you know be a servant and say ‘I’m here to help if you trust me I’m willing to roll up my sleeves and if you need the basement cleared out because you think you can get some renters and you just can’t you don’t trust anyone else to be in here. You know, what for the cost of my laborers or the cost of me bringing in some people I’ll help you do it and I don’t mean that literally I mean, you know if they need some help with, you know a professional organization’. Like you guys I’ve been to your office you’re great. Could you help but yeah, well serve serve not self-serve just stop selling.
I’m you know more we don’t do that. That’s not us. Well, what do you mean that’s not us. So that’s your client that has made a full commitment to you and you’re going to sit back here and be aloof and pick and choose now, you don’t, you’re not this is not random acts of leadership and service right, get in there be humble and look for ways to just help them.
