Pricing is one of the top ways that we distinguish whether something is equal or not. All right, and so the price helps sell your brand quality, and then whatever menu of options you have sells, you know engages the customers. So, you know as consumers we’re looking for ways to know if somebody is good or not, right, when we read reviews. What are we likely to read? Unless somebody is a total scam artist and there’s two good reviews and 99 terrible reviews what you’re going to expect from most people is mostly good reviews couple of middle of the road and a couple of bad ones. And if you’re a service provider, you almost want all or you’ll all three because if you had nothing but five star reviews someone would say really they’re perfect? Oh, you’re that person. Oh, that’s why you’re the one who’s perfect. That’s right that it’s it. Doesn’t, it’s not realistic, right? It’s not realistic that you’re so perfect that you have nobody complain, that is it’s never gone wrong. So it’s always nice to have a couple of reviews on there that are you know middle of the road. Maybe not even so flattering.
