To what degree are you achieving your sales targets? I’d like to know specifically your pricing strategy.
Are you maximizing your pricing? You know, the number one way you communicate with your clientele is through your pricing. The day you announce your pricing you do two things, one you tell the marketplace who you are. Are you a premium company, middle of the road value or are you the economy play? All are fine but more importantly, you are telling your buyers what they are. Ok, now are you are you creating a path to allow them to pick the way that they engage with you? Meaning, do you have multiple ways that they can engage with you?
- Is there a premium option?
- Is there a middle option?
- Is there a small option?
