Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
Back in the 90s when I started in coaching, there were not a lot of systems and I was looking for a diagnostic model that could make a media impact and show the client where to go first, to look for the most impact in their business. And, I use the DISC theory as a basis, this is not a DISC presentation. But just in case you notice the letters that’s where that comes from. Okay, and so what I notice was that there’s 4 corresponding business functions. To a leaders or owner’s personality and if we can understand where your blindspot is, we can understand where the energy is placed in the business sometimes where its not. And then we try to find those areas, and work on monetizing those areas. Also, we want to know where our competitors blindspots are, because not only can a person have a blindspot or a business have a blindspot an industry does as well.
