Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

So what’s coming is a hybrid workforce. In your offices the trend that is going to be prevalent throughout the rest of this year into the end of the year is a hybrid workforce. Part home product work, part in-house, part outsource cause here what’s your gonna find, your gonna find that a lot of the work in your office can be done from a screen if it could be done from a screen it can be done anywhere. Hence remote but if it could be done from a screen and it can be done remote then it’s likely it can be outsourced. And if it can be outsourced, you’re gonna start asking yourself “well wait a minute if this particular activity can be done anywhere and remote why does it have to be here?” Why am I paying these current rates? The– it’s now a global talent market place but in either case however you decide to staff you’re going to staff and the way we’re likely gonna get through this over the next year and a half or so as the Corona virus makes its way through our society is we’re gonna have to shield and shelter the vulnerable.
