Here’s what happened to me my obnoxious…I have called the standard and I had what was called the guarantee, that was my gold option. The gold option outsold my standard 2 to 1, my average sale standard was 50 grand, my average sale guarantee was 67,500, my business doubled every year for seven years and then I sold it to my top competitors. And then I started my construction company, I did the same thing with houses, I did the same thing with my renovation company, you wanna cut through when you’re proposing, throw that sort of guarantee option in, here’s the beauty, nobody actually asks you to take you up on it. I’m gonna say “you offer a guarantee”, now what do you think happens when I’m a bidder on a job and I offer a guarantee? What you think the buyer or committee does with that guarantee? What do you think the first thing they do is? They call the other contractors and say “hey I got somebody’s willing to make a guarantee, will you do the same?”
