Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO just a little over a one-minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
So, an “Up-Sell” is you know, whatever package you want to upgrade to the next level of service or product offering. Maybe it’s a good time to do it now because you’re running a special or maybe they have furloughed or let off some of their people and they simply don’t have the wherewithal to do it now.
So upgrading to your next level is a smart move for them now. Then there’s a “Down Sell” they want to keep working with you but budget restraints or or other restrictions don’t allow for that. So maybe you can even temporarily lower them to a lower service offering as a way to keep them even temporarily.
Alright, so think one of these three things or of these three things which of our pipeline fits into those. The cross-sell or up or down sell.
