So if they say ho hey, did you hear they canceled Wimbledon? And in your head you might be like, thank God finally! They finally came to their senses and stopped playing that stupid sport, you’re not going to say that. You’re going to say, yeah I heard that, that’s amazing, a major. Oh God, it’s crazy. Okay, you’ve given them permission to talk about what’s important to them. So now they don’t know, they feel like they’re with a brother they’re with a kindred spirit. There was somebody who was like them now they can trust you, trust is the number one emotion necessary in a sale or in influence. Okay. They don’t trust you. They can’t buy from you. Okay. Now the only way they would buy from you is if they bought in spite of you and in a consultative sale, that’s pretty hard. All right, if I was going to buy a car and I love the car, but the sales person was a jerk. I could still buy the car, even though I got to deal with the jerky salesperson.
