Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
Post COVID is going to be rough on you, it’s gonna be rough on you because you may not have pivoted or you may not have redefined the customer relationship and that’s what we’re talking about this week you’ve got to redefine that. So, I want you to give yourself a little ranking here, I want you to think about this on a scale of one to ten, one being low ten being high, one being we’re not very compelling ten we’re very compelling. To what degree are you or, is your business so compelling that an employee from another company would be willing to leave there, come work for you and earn less than they earn right now, think about that for a moment. What would have to be present? What would they have to learn? Get certified in what cool technology? Or what cause are you behind? What proprietary system do you have that are so compelling that someone would be willing to earn less in order to work for you? Give yourself a score one low ten high. How do you like your score? Yeah maybe not so good right? Then might be some work to be done there. Second question to what degree are you so compelling as a company and your product in service in your company are so compelling that customers of your competitors would be willing to leave them and come by from you and pay a premium?
