Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.
And I put a 35% premium on any of those jobs and I shared it with everybody. Every proposal I went on, I showed them the Guarantee, then I showed them the Standard. My average sale standard was 50,000 and my average guarantee was 67, 500 – average sale. So what I would do is I would say the 5 things that you don’t like: (you don’t start on time, you don’t finish on time, change orders, senior management, and shrubs, the guarantee, sorry) you know, I will guarantee that and here was my promise. My promise was if you follow all the steps , I’m gonna tell you what you have to do. You have to make all your payments on time, I have to have full access to the facility, you basically can’t do anything to slow me down. You have to make your choices, especially your long lead items available. All of our subs have to be able to come on. But if you legitimately follow everything we do, we tell you to do, and I miss on any one of the 5, you get to keep the whole landscape, and I write you a check back for 67,000 at the end of the project. That was my guarantee.
