So your prospects go to the negatives of working with you. So I learned that, and what I did was, I started to offer a premium guaranteed service that went hand in hand with any of my proposals. In other words, I had what was called the Standard. And I had what was called the Guarantee. I came up with the Guarantee all by myself. So anyway, the Standard was the standard proposal based on what you asked me to do. And the Guarantee was I took the 5 complaints: (1) You guys don’t start on time. (2) You don’t finish on time. (3) you will change order me to death. (4) You don’t have a Senior Manager on site. You get a bunch of teenagers running around. (5) And you don’t guarantee your shrub material. Now when I started, it was before Home Depot. Home Depot changed that game but nobody was guaranteeing plant material at that time. But then Home Depot guaranteed it and the industry changed.
