Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
So, they don’t know their customer well enough, and as a result of that they can’t pin-point their marketing message to get the right traffic. And then they can’t make the right offer. So, you own a retail shop and I say, who are your clients? Oh women, aged 29-60… what? You’re trying to tell me your message to 29 year old women is the same to a 50 something woman? I doubt that. No way, no chance. Right so, you know whoever wants to buy. No, that’s not how it works. Right, and so the worst thing all the time, understand who your ideal client is and ask these 3 questions. Number 1, what keeps you up at night worrying? Right, that’s number 1. Pretty common question. 2nd question, what do you feel guilty about, get yelled at for, or get grief for at the end of the work day when you arrive home? Okay? 3rd question, what are the situations and conditions in your life or business right now that makes calling you, meaning you know, your business, a must right now? Like what’s going on in your life and business right now that makes calling you a must?
