Closers, on the other hand, closers are interesting. Because they’re all too happy to close. As a matter of fact, their favorite book is, It’s A Numbers Game. You know, if i close 1 in 20, then try to get 19 No’s as soon as possible. But they’re all too quick to get the No because they don’t like people, generally speaking. So they’re quick to scorch earth in this area. So what we wanna do is we wanna get the sellers to the front of the funnel, we wanna get closers to the back of the funnel. The auto dealerships do this very very well. So take a moment, write down, who are your sellers and who are your closers, and do you have some that are in the wrong spot?
