Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
Every business owner has strengths right? They might be a really good visionary very persuasive, very influential, very charismatic in which case the business will be very good at selling and marketing they’ll always with that always be a real good a real strength of theirs. But that also means that they might have a blind spot. So somebody’s really good at that part of the business. They might not be very good at process or detail. Conversely, the business owner could be a really good operator very technical process driven detail or analytical and they start their business and they have high quality products and services, but they’re not very good at selling themselves. So there’s always this there’s always this balance that you have to you have to create and you have to understand where your strengths are where your blind spots are and that way you can compensate for that with technology systems other people or maybe you have a strategic alliance with others so you can find that balance and be a well-rounded company.
