The franchising world learn this, call it the hard way but they learn it and they realize that what customers want now is, they want the franchise to come to them, they don’t wanna always have to go to the franchise you know there’s–and it’s great there’s one of those kiosk coffee places we drive, it’s a drive-thru coffee that’s not even convenient enough in the morning, cause here’s what I see. I drive by, not a coffee drinker but I can’t miss this place there’s people in line waiting for coffee and there’s somebody running out to the car to take their order, now you could do the order on the app but if somebody’s online, they’re three cars back they run out of the kiosk they gonna be like what can I get you “oh my god, Joe you want the usual don’t you?” Betty, that’s why, oh I got you” and they’re taking their orders three quarters back. So there’s the app so I don’t have to wait at all and I tell you the time that I’m gonna come or there’s the drive-thru where I put the damn kiosk right on the highway basically but if I have to wait more than two cars, they’re running out to get me. So learn what the franchise industry has learned, your insurance company. You gotta be able to bring your office to the client.
