Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
So you wanna have five simultaneous at least, lead generating campaigns as they are the key to find or get found. I love your realtor that you have an exclusive with, and get four more ways. So the first–so number 3 says legion, so imagine you got this great plan and you’re doing all this marketing and a hundred leads come your way. You haven’t spoken to anybody yet, remember we’re micro segmenting, they just express interest. So imagine 50% of those you get into initial conversation with here says offer, you just talk about what you have to offer. Here’s what I do: I mean audio, I mean cabinets, I mean a lot of hot air, I do apartments okay that’s cool. Let say 50 of those you get into a conversation with of the hundred. And then 30 of those number qualify, 30 of those or 60% you qualify as your ideal client or somebody that’s ready, willing and able to buy from you. And then number 6 is transaction meaning as you’re talking back and forth with them you can assemble the right transaction, I can find the right unit or make the right repair or service or maintain or whatever.
