Oftentimes there’s a confusion that if I add franchising or another growth model to my business that’s going to be an efficient way to grow my business and like, automate the lead generation and business growth or business development side of my business and that’s not always the case. There is a big mistake that owners make oftentimes, where they confuse effective operations with efficient operations. Okay, and so effectiveness applies mostly to business development and growing your business and how you bring in leads in clients. This may mean that you will look to other professional business growth help from companies that specialize in this area. You may want to check here to see how you can be helped and the best course of action to make sure your business is growing in the direction you want, and expanding into the areas you need it to.
and relationships and strategic partnerships and joint venture, joint venture arrangements, you need to be effective in this area meaning do whatever it takes and oftentimes that means working harder. I mean think about what the what the extra mile would be, here, for you to effectively add revenue to your business.
Then efficiency kicks in right, efficiency is where your operations are automated and systematic and you can there you can replicate them in such a way that you could duplicate those results over and over again.
So when you’re growing you want to think effective first efficient second.
