Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.
Answer these three questions and you’ve got a pretty good idea of what’s going on in your buyer’s psyche. Alright? Number one is what keeps them up at night worrying? Alright. Number two is what are they getting yelled at for, feel guilty about, or getting grief for at the end of the workday when they arrive home? And number three is, like I mentioned before, what scenarios or situations are occurring right now in their business or their life that makes calling you a must right now?
So for example, we have a company that’s a mattress manufacturer and retailer and they know one of the top items that gets purchased when you move is a mattress. When you move home, you don’t typically drag your old mattress with you because it’s big and bulky and you say, “Ah, we’re gonna get rid of that. We’re gonna get a new one.” They know that. So, what do they do? They target people who have recently moved. Right? New mortgage applications, new you know, building permits. There’s ways to track who has moved into your neighborhood. They get on that list and they say, “You’re an ideal prospect for us. Because you just moved so we’re gonna target you.”
