So for example, there might be a part of your business you just never mastered. Like Gibbons said before I’m good at this but I’m not great at that. Well, maybe the business you’re buying has a particular skill that you don’t have. We’re talking to one of our clients today who is looking at buying a business and he’s struggling with maintaining a sales force. Right, so he’s buying a company that has a built-in sales team. They have three full-time sales team already and he’s like, wow, not only do I get their clients and the revenue that comes with it. They actually have a sales function already built out. I don’t have to build mine from scratch. They’ve already done it. So by bringing them in I get them, you know. Now you can plug imply right plug imply right on they just they keep selling. And for them it’s great because you’re bringing an entire client list and what do we just got done saying sell to existing clients. Down-sell, cross-sell or up-sell now that sales team is like what this is awesome. You’re going to bring me a hundred existing customers, I can sell more stuff to who already love you who already love you exactly.
