Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.
There are 4 Disciplines and we’re gonna talk about each of these 4 Disciplines in depth and what they mean to you and what the market opportunities are. So when I learned this, wow, it was transformational! I was niching my own business. So think about this for a second. They say get rich in your niche, right? Pick a niche and get it in. We’re doing the opposite. We are gonna create 4 niches within your clientele. And this is a little bit counterintuitive. Most people say decide on your niche and understand where your value proposition is and then stay focused on that. I agree with that to a certain extent. You do focus on a niche and you proactively go out to the market and you promote yourself in a specific niche in a specific way. However, what if you are already with a client and you can see a variety of opportunities and you can become that stick of dynamite, or that Trojan Horse, or you can become that inmate that’s all running around the asylum. You have the opportunity to provide additional up-sell, cross sell, and customized services to your clientele that are not in the original discipline or the original category that they had you in or hired you for. That’s where the real magic of this understanding comes in. You are gonna niche yourself, your business, into 4 separate niches. Should you choose to do so, and then when we go to the other videos, you’ll decide: Are these areas that you want to explore or not? But we’re gonna come to that in depth when we get to that point.
