“This unique book explains how to convert a small business into a successful corporation … and beyond. In some ways his unique approach challenges common management thinking – but the key today is to create an UNcommon business which truly stands out. Carl’s blueprint provides a powerful methodology for doing this, and for taking a business “from start up to 7 figures” in the process. His DISCoverY, I3Q and MV2P concepts are utterly logical and provide a surefire way to design your business’ future. —BRETT CHAMBERLAIN, Author of Thinking Business – A Step-By-Step Blueprint For Building A Better Business By A Man Who Has Done It Almost 700 Times
“ This book is a must-read for anyone who is thinking about starting a business, or who already has a business, but isn’t quite sure how to get to the “top of the mountain.” Mr. Gould lays out a step-by-step, easy to understand process that will give any entrepreneurial business owner a road map to success. Rather than being a dry, hard to read technical book, Mr. Gould infuses this book with personal stories, real-life experiences, and well known examples. His is a book that anyone can pick up and start using right away! I am recommending this book to every small business entrepreneur (and a few big ones, too!) I know as required reading.”

“Reading this book is time well-spent. Caryn does a great job of presenting the basics and simple-but-not-easy facets of business development. What I appreciate about the book is that the examples are clearly from road-tested experience and having known Caryn for a number of years I am so pleased that she has been able to distill such great content into an accessible form.
The book is written primarily in Caryn’s voice with “side-bars” from her co-author, Carl. I found myself starting to skip ahead at times to read “Carl’s Comments” and then jump back to the main text. It was both an enjoyable read and very informative. Most importantly, there are concrete steps to apply directly in this book.
While I think this book is tremendously valuable to a “sales professional”, it will really be of interest to anyone responsible for business development overall — be they sales person, sales manager, business owner, etc.
If you’re looking for some great content from someone who has walked the talk, this book is for you.” Frank Ableson
“Caryn and Carl do a great job stressing the fundamental (and not so fundamental) mind-sets and actions that lead to greater sales. Read this book, implement its ideas and watch your business grow.” Mike Goldman
“So happy to have order this book. Just in time advice for the successful sales professional who continues to seek new ways to thrive and love the process of connecting with people in business.” Diana
